You've heard it before, all of Florida is "For Sale" from the many out of town buyers looking for the deal of a lifetime, I sure have.  However, this time it's true.  Florida REALTORS has just announced a state wide Florida Open House Weekend, April 10-11.

Here is your chance, buyers of homes for sale in St. Augustine, to view many homes in a single weekend and take advantage of the federal homebuyer tax credit before it is too late. IMPORTANT REMINDER... homes need to be under contract by April 30, 2010, and the purchase closed by June 30, 2010 to benefit from the tax credits - up to $8,000 for first-time buyers and up to $6,500 for repeat buyers.

Look for Open Houses featuring blue balloons with the Realtor "R" in white, or those with a yard sign featuring the Florida Open House Weekend logo.
